You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
In its original unworn condition
Tags must still be attached (not removed)
In its original packaging
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with your order number.

When shipping back a product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Laciann Collective is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at laciann@lacianncollective.com so we can address the issue. We need to be informed of any damages or issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods
Custom products (such as special orders, pre-orders, or personalized items)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Seasonal items

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
At Laciann Collective, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:
Log into your account and submit an exchange request for the item you wish to return.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement item.
If the requested item is no longer available, you will be issued store credit and notified via email.
For quicker service, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the desired product. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately to ensure availability and faster delivery.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a credit will be added to your account, or a gift card will be issued for the amount. Please note that we have a CREDIT ONLY policy!
If there’s an error with your order, please email us at laciann@lacianncollective.com to inform us about the issue. We will replace or correct your order free of charge. If the product you received differs from what you ordered, we will provide a shipping label to return the incorrect item at no additional cost.
